I personally visited the YEA team in Uganda at the beginning of 2008 . It was a wonderful opportunity to work alongside a team of gifted and enthusiastic characters who are focussed on one clear call from God . . to see young people discipled. This covers so much from life skills training and HIV/AID’s education through to Bible study and releasing them into ministry.
Having seen this work grow over the years (since 1998), it has been my privilege to see many of the young people YEA first connected with now being fulfilled in their own ministry on behalf of YEA. Disciples of Jesus passionate to train & disciple others.
Ian Wardle is currently the Ministry Director of this work and is also a long term friend. We go back to youth ministry in the early 90′s where we connected, and although our callings have been to very different parts of the world, we have been able to minister very powerfully into each others environments. I believe this relationship will increase more as God guides us.
